It adds on-site visits, network, firewall and Wi-Fi management, backup, Microsoft 365 administration, vulnerability scanning, quarterly technology reviews and faster urgent response.
Yes, a one-time fee covers setting up our monitoring and security tools, documenting your environment and fixing urgent gaps we find. It’s typically $50 per user on Essentials and $75 per user on Complete, and it’s included in your written quote.
Yes. You can add or remove users each month, and you can move from Essentials to Complete at any time. Moving down to Essentials is available at your renewal.
Yes. Registered nonprofits and houses of worship receive discounted onboarding. Ask about it during your free assessment.
